Space Clear • nn5n works locally on your Mac. nn5n does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data, analytics, cache contents, file paths, or cleanup history.
The app reads free-disk-space information and calculates cache sizes for documented developer-cache folders you enable or select. Your cleanup choices and settings remain on your Mac. The activity log remains in memory for the current app session unless you choose to copy it.
All of this processing happens locally on your Mac. This information is not transmitted to nn5n or any third party.
The App Store edition may ask you to select your Home folder once during bulk setup. The resulting security-scoped bookmark is stored only on your Mac. Space Clear • nn5n uses that access only for the documented developer-cache subpaths listed in the app; it does not scan or clean unrelated files in your Home folder. You can revoke this access in Settings > Cleanup by choosing Reset Access. The direct edition accesses only the documented developer-cache locations needed for enabled cleanup rules.
In the App Store edition, Apple processes purchases and subscriptions under Apple’s privacy policy. Space Clear • nn5n receives product and entitlement status from StoreKit, but does not send purchase information to nn5n.
Settings remain on your Mac until you choose Restore Defaults or remove the app’s data. Clear Log removes the current activity log. Reset Access removes saved folder bookmarks. nn5n has no server-side copy of this information and therefore has no personal app data to delete.
